The house is located on Av. da Marginal 9436 between Wimbe Beach and the Kauri Resort.
The total area of the plot is 5.000 m2 with the house located behind a separate fence in the corner.
The house was build in 2006 and has 200 m2 on two floors, plus guesthouse, storage, service areas and workshop.
As the house is well ventilated, shaded by vegetation and covered by a thick layer of “makuti” (leaves of palm trees), the indoor climate is cool and pleasant. Furthermore all rooms are equipped with airconditioning.
