“Belavista Housing” is located next to the lighthouse south of Pemba Bay in direct contact with the Indian Ocean.
The project is being developed on a 8000 m2 plot blessed with an exceptionel microclimate and temperatures 5 degrees below Pemba.
The project is targeting the marked for short and medium term accommodation in bungalows (65 m2) with privacy and self-catering.
The bungalows are equipped with aircondition in the bedroom and are designed with special attention to the indoor climate using local and traditional building materials.
The first two bungalows and the service building will be finished in early 2016.
The bungalows are 16 sided polygons with furniture designed specifically to take advantage of the many corners of the “rondavel” format.
